SPINACH SALAD WITH COLE'S PREMIUM TUNA FILLETS

Ingredients:

1 (6.7 oz) jar, any variety, of Cole's Premium Tuna Fillets, well drained & roughly chopped

1 cup of fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (may substitute this with mayonnaise)

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 roma tomato, seeded & chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Adjust salt & pepper to your liking, then serve!  You can enjoy this as is, in a wrap or on bread.  It could also be served with crackers for a nice appetizer!
